To become a professional, excellent, and culturally sensitive center of psychology education with a specialization in Indigenous Mental Health at the national and international levels by 2035

- To provide high-quality education with a specialization in Indigenous Mental Health.
- To produce nationally and internationally reputable research, particularly regarding Indigenous Mental Health.
- To conduct community service aligned with the cultural context of local communities to enhance the mental well-being of the community.
- To implement program management based on the principles of Good University Governance.
- To establish strategic and collaborative partnerships with local, national, and international partners.
